Arahan Penyediaan/ Preparation Instruction/ :
1. Rebus mi dalam 500 ml air mendidih dan biarkan mereneh selama 2 minit 30 saat.
Boil noodle into 500 ml of water and simmer for 2 minutes 30 seconds.
2. Sementara mi direbus, tuangkan minyak dan sos ke dalam mangkuk.
Pour oil and sauce into a bowl while noodle is being cooked.
3. Tiriskan mi hingga kering. Drain the noodles until dry.
4. Gaulkan mi dengan minyak dan sos hingga sebati. Mix noodle with oil and sauce evenly.
5. Taburkan lobak manis/kobis goreng dan mi sedia untuk disajikan. Spread sweet radish/fried cabbage and noodle is ready to be served.
