This website is operated by VGENERATION, an online store specializing in a variety of ready-to-eat meals.
We offer a 3-day return policy, meaning you have up to 3 days after receiving your order to request a return under the following conditions:
- Wrong item(s) received
- Missing item(s)
- Bloated packaging or leakage
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it
- Be untorn and in its original packaging
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us immediately at vgeneration.sb@gmail.com and provide photo or video evidence of the received parcel. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged (excluding outer box packaging caused by courier handling)
- The wrong item has been delivered
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for any complimentary gifts or sample items. For any concerns about specific items, please reach out to us.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the current item (if eligible), and upon acceptance of the return, make a new purchase for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Delivery Processing Time
Orders are processed and delivered within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
High order volumes or payment discrepancies may cause delays.
Additional transit days may be required during peak seasons.
If there are significant delays in your shipment, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.
Delivery Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours.
Damages During Delivery
We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during delivery. If your order arrives damaged:
Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods to support your claim.
